Understanding others will be bidding against me, I would like to have a responsible adult Bidding Agent appointed for the September 26, 2009 Live Auction to act on my behalf.  My appointed agent shall be instructed to bid competitively in no more than $_____ advancing increments against other bidders present at the auction and at time of sale.

Won Bid Policy.
Payment: Wining bids shall be paid in full within 10 days of notification of a won item.  Checks are to made payable to MoringaCommunity.Org and mailed to address below or the winning bidder can elect to pay via credit card via our secure server on our main Morinaga web site at:  http://www.moringacommunity.org/SupportUs/Donate.html                     
 
Pick Up:
I understand I have the option of picking up my won item in Schwenksville, PA personally or by an appointed personal friend.  I also understand that if I am unable to personally pick up my won item, I can request shipping of the won item at my additional expense for packaging and freight.  Note, commercial shipping via UPS will only be available for paintings and artwork.  Lumber and machinery auction items are for onsite pickup only by the buyer.  Buyer shall have 30 days to pick up any won bid item and take possession within that time frame or the item becomes forfeit to MoringaCommunity.Org to dispose of as it sees fit.  
 
Note: If bidding off site, a separate email is required for each specific lot number. 
 
All lots will be sold in the exact order of the lot number on Auction day.  That said, you may list any special instructions for your appointed acting bidding agent below:
An example of a special request would be: If I win Lot # 5,,, please do not bid on Lot # 8.
