About our exhibition artist: Godwin Adjei Sowah.
Mr. Sowah was born in 1978 in Ababraka, Ghana. After his Middle School he attended Ghanatta College of Arts, where he received his artist training and was awarded painter of the year in 1998. Godwin is a member of the Ghana Association of Visual Arts. His work protrays the cultural, social and elementary views of his Motherland Ghana. He views his gift not just as a profession but an expression of life. He calls his style "Emotional-Impressionism and Symbolic Expression."
